It is a building with a square structure on two floors; the ground floor with commercial use for a surface area of ​​1.300 sqm and the first floor with office use for a surface area of ​​900 sqm. The focus of the project was to construct a building that would enhance the characteristics of the architectural elements typical of the environmental context to which it belongs; it is a building completing a production area consisting largely of prefabricated buildings and industrial warehouses and is at the same time easily recognizable for the architectural quality and its construction components.

The building has a prefabricated load-bearing structure with reinforced concrete pillars, prestressed concrete floor beams and prestressed hollow core floors. The perimeter infill consists of prefabricated reinforced concrete panels of the “thermal cut” type with an external finish in polished marble chips and large glass frames that cover a large part of the surface of the facades.

The first floor is accessed from the entrance hall via the elevator and the internal staircase characterized by a helical shape is located in the center of the structure.

The property, located 5 minutes from the Montevarchi motorway exit, has a large private parking lot with vehicular and pedestrian access from public roads.

The structure combines well with commercial needs for various activities that find great practicality and functionality in daily use of spaces.
