M.E. Real Estate, division of the M.E. Group S.p.a, is an all-Italian company specialized in the direct purchase of building areas, preparation of the urban planning process and highly customized construction of industrial, logistics and civil properties.

From the initial idea to design, from implementation to management, the company offers integrated and tailor-made solutions to the customer thanks to qualified managers in the sector and the internal technical office made up of architects and designers who follow the evolution of the project step by step.

Always attentive to the needs and evolutions of the market, M.E. Real Estate ranges from new creations in the logistics sector to new residential and commercial constructions with high energy savings, also dealing with the renovation of historic buildings in the main Italian and European cities.

History

In 1969 Emilio Mondelli founded Messaggerie Express as a transport company which immediately positioned itself for the peculiarity of carrying out "niche" transport, specialized in the hi-tech, banking, medical, radioactive and dangerous goods world at a national and international level.

On 2nd November 1978 Messaggerie Express became M.E. Holding S.p.a.; begins the history of the group which until 1989 will include mainly companies in the logistics sector (MITSafetrans S.r.l, MIT S.p.a, T.&T.I. Cargo Line S.r.l.). In 1989 The Group enters the real estate market with the M.E. Real Estate division and opens the first warehouse in Milan for its headquarters.

From here, further owned logistical and industrial warehouses are created in Milan, Rome, Casirate (MI), Alessandria, Turin, Modena, Reggio Emilia. At the same time, the company also develops civil constructions in Milan, Monza, Piacenza, Bologna, Florence and Arezzo.
