On a total area of ​​76,000 sqm, M.E. Real Estate offers the possibility of creating a new logistics hub or alternatively an industrial production plant according to the customer's characteristics.

The hub is located in the Isso area a few kilometers from the Municipality of Romano di Lombardia; a strategically advantageous location as it is close to the main communication routes, thus ensuring simple and direct access to the main national road junctions. Specifically, the area is located 1 km from the Romano di Lombardia toll booth (BreBeMi).
